How it all started

Trust in our experience

It all started back in 1997 when our visionary founder Lyn Cairns, Melbourne born and bred, after working as a recruiter in the UK, USA, and Australia for 15 years felt it was high time there was a better alternative to the process-driven, profit-focused offerings of the recruitment industry in Melbourne.

Her aim was to create a recruitment company with a deeper level of consultant expertise, and professionalism, and a genuinely personalised service.
In the years since, we have never lost sight of this original vision. Qudos is now renowned as the go-to agency for their highly valued advice and quality of service.

Lyn built Qudos based on the experience of senior recruitment experts. Her vision for an organisation built on expertise, trust and long-term relationships with clients and candidates continues to be the life blood of Qudos’ extraordinary level of referrals and repeat business today.

Today, along with Julie Enticott as Managing Director and business partner, our boutique specialist recruitment agency in Melbourne continues to thrive on strong core values – and an endless passion for what we do each and every day as a team of talented, like-minded people.
